Hurricane Relief for Jamaica

I will be going to Jamaica for 3 weeks beginning Saturday, November 8th to provide emergency medical care and to take down supplies and medication for residents impacted by the hurricane. If you would like to donate, please see links below for my venmo and GoFundMe page, or if you would like to donate by using the payment method on file at Kozmic Care, you can send me a message or call the office. I will also be collecting donations of solar charging stations (they have to be under 26,800mAh so I can take them on the plane.) I would prefer ones that have larger solar panels. Rechargeable fans and lights. Bagged tuna, spam, rice, beans, instant oatmeal. Beef sticks, granola bars, trail mix, ziploc bags of all sizes, first aid kits and wipes. You can drop off at Kozmic Care, 921 Abbott Rd or we have some people willing to pick up donations. I will be returning to the office December 1 and Dr. Joseph Kozlowski will be covering for me while I am away. I will also be checking messages and communicating with our office staff as much as possible while I am away.
